Harris Project Management have provided contract administration (employers agent) project management and CDM principal designer duties for the following completed projects to date:

• New office development with ancillary car park and HGV parking, Hornby Dock, Liverpool
• Refurbishment of existing 2 storey office building to include new kitchens and amenities, Birmingham
• New build office and HGV Yard alterations, Castle Donington
• Development of HGV facilities and office space, Northampton
• Refurbishment of existing Maritime office and workshop buildings, Manchester Euro Terminal
• Refurbishment, alterations and fit out to the former Shearings Holidays coach depot site to relocate Maritime offices and HGV parking from Leeds, Mill Lane, Normanton
• Development of an existing container site to construct office building and form HGV yard, John Gilbert Way, Manchester
