Aldi Property Programme – Chelmsford and Sheppey Regions

Harris Project Management are appointed to provide Principal Designer and CDM Advisory Services for construction, maintenance, extension and demolition projects throughout the Aldi Chelmsford and Sheppey regions. We also manage the property asbestos register and control and support maintenance and training requirements.

As part of this role HPM have recently removed, updated (in accordance with Aldi’s recent national standardisation of documents) and returned Health & Safety Files and Operation and Maintenance manuals to all stores in the region so every store has files in a standardised format.

Recently completed projects include:
