HPM are working alongside MKM Building Supplies on their national builder’s merchant property programme to provide Project Management, Architecture and Principal Designer services for store fit out and refurbishment projects including:
- Design works and conversion of an existing unit to form MKM showroom, Wolverhampton
- Design and fit out works to form a new Builder’s Merchant within a purpose built shell, to include offices, small products store, and kitchen and bathroom showroom, Bangor
- Refurbishment and fit-out of an existing unit to create a new MKM Builders Merchant including new kitchen and bathroom showrooms, St Albans
- Internal sub-division of an existing industrial unit to form an MKM showroom, Dumfries
- Roof over-clad to an existing warehouse building to over sheet the existing asbestos cement sheets, Irvine
- Internal refurbishment and fit-out to form a new MKM Builder’s Merchant, including a large kitchen and bathroom showroom, Plymouth
- Conversion to form new Daikin showroom with training facility and new MKM offices, Durham
- Conversion/alteration of ‘Richard Williams’ to form MKM store, Bridlington
- Refurbishment of builders merchant, Retford
