HPM completed principal designer services for the replacement of external façades and balconies to this 9 storey block of 35 residential apartments, with materials of limited combustibility to comply with recent government advice following updates after the Grenfell tragedy. The building remained in occupation during the work and the residents must be delighted that the improvement works have been carried out. These works were completed for client Junestead (Cypress Point) Ltd.
