Refurbishment -
St Tydfil Shopping Centre, Merthyr Tydfil
HPM have completed Principal Designer services for the refurbishment of St. Tydfil Shopping Centre at Merthyr Tydfil. Completed for our client Patrizia c/o CPC Project Services.
The project included the following works:
- M&E isolations and removal of old light fittings
- Demolition of the existing ramp South Mall
- Removal of existing paving and laying of new concrete brick paviours
- New wall cladding
- New high-level lighting
- Forming new passenger lift with former Thomas Cook store, including new steel stirs case, lighting floor finishes and shop front
- Removal of tree
- Cementitious water-proof tanking of the 1st floor slab
- Decoration of existing 1st floor concrete soffits
- Cladding to underside of 1st floor concrete soffits
- Installing new litter bins
