HPM completed principal designer services on refurbishments throughout White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds, for Client Land Securities Ltd. These works included:

Strip out of units 15-20 ready for fit out of new JD Sports retail unit
Refresh of signage in shopping centre
Strip out and refurbishment including new façade to former Debenhams unit for landlord to suit agreement with new tenant Marks & Spencer
Strip out of unit 10 ready for fit out of new Leeds United retail unit
Strip out the former tenants shop fit (MSU8), returning the space to a shell unit
