Harris Project Management provide architectural services with contract administration and project management to help coordinate the team on each project, including directly employed subcontractors and other consultants. Fulfilling CDM principal designer duties alongside other services increases effective communication, ensuring health & safety is considered throughout the design process from an early stage. Site meetings are held to report on progress and thorough systematic control of variations is carried out to report on change during the project. A flexible methodology is adapted for each project as required to allow the efficient management of communication, information and change throughout its life cycle from inception to occupation.
