Refurbishment Roll Out -
Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield

We work under a term agreement with Meadowhall Limited Partnership (British Land) as Architect and Principal Designer for the refurbishment of the occupied and trading Meadowhall Shopping Centre with The Harris Partnership as architect and to date have carried out Principal Designer duties on the following completed projects:

• Strip out and refurbishment of retail unit 34
• Amalgamation of retail units 38 and 39
• Strip out of units 34 and 35 ready for new tenant occupation
• Reconfiguration of the House of Fraser retail unit
• Repair work to the external play area following flooding to the site
• Refurbishment of Oasis upper mall ceiling and portal
• Relocation of 3no and installation of 2no advertisement screens
• Strip out and refurbishment of Unit 18, Park Lane
• Phased installation of electric car charging points to locations 04 and 09
