Aldi Property Programme

Harris Project Management are appointed to provide CDM Principal Designer and CDM Advisory Services for construction, maintenance, extension and demolition projects throughout 9 of the 11 Aldi regions. We also manage the property asbestos register and control and support maintenance and training requirements.

As part of this role HPM have recently removed, updated (in accordance with Aldi’s recent national standardisation of documents) and returned Health & Safety Files and Operation and Maintenance manuals to all stores across the regions so every store has files in a standardised format.

Our recently completed projects include construction of new build stores, extensions, Project Fresh refurbishments and refrigeration works as part of Aldi’s sustainability pledge that all stores will be powered by CO2 by 2050, fit outs and re-roofing works. An example of our most recent completed works are listed below:
