HPM acted as Principal Designer for our client, the landlord British Land for the following projects:
Refurbishment of retail unit 4B including roof overcladding, new shopfronts and glazed entrance feature, replacement of wall cladding, new fire exit doors and new plant enclosure on existing retail park.
Alterations, strip out and repairs to unit 5 ready for new tenant Tapi.
