Refurbishment New Build -
Roseland Business Park, Long Bennington

HPM were appointed as Project Manager and Principal Designer for various projects on this site for Summer Estate Holdings c/o South Street Capital.

Completed projects to date include:

• New 30,000 sq.ft industrial unit (7A) with service yard, parking and link corridor to unit 7.
• Construction of new 30,000 sq.ft industrial unit (7A) with service yard, car park and adjoining link corridor to unit 7 in occupation.
• Re-cladding and roofing to existing 30,000 sq.ft industrial unit (7) while keeping the building in full occupation.
• Improvement and maintenance work to drainage between hangars 7 and 8.
