HPM acted as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and CDM Principal Designer for our client Belgrave Land (Sheffield) Ltd for the following refurbishment projects at Parkway Central Retail Park, Sheffield:

Alterations, extension and conversion of a former Carphone Warehouse to form a Starbucks drive-thru restaurant unit;
Strip out and alteration works to an existing retail unit to expand the Home Bargains store.
