HPM have completed Principal Designer services at Nugent Shopping Park in Orpington, for client Nugent Shopping Park Ltd (British Land). Works include:

  • Strip out of retail unit 18.
  • Strip out to unit 11 (formerly Mothercare) for landlord ready for new tenant fit out.
  • The strip out of a retail unit formerly occupied by Debenhams, including mezzanine back to shell ready for new tenant fit out.
