Yorkshire Post Site, Leeds
HPM completed Principal Designer and CDM Adviser services for the construction of ‘The Headline’ 15 storey residential apartment block on the former Yorkshire Post site in Leeds City Centre for YP Real Estate.
The apartment block includes 242 apartments with a 24-hour gym, wellness studio and private dining room.
HPM also carried out the role of Principal Designer for the fit out of communal amenity areas for Grainger.
