HPM have completed principal designer duties for Beal Homes new £5.5m, 20,000 sq ft headquarters, which the housebuilder has moved in to at Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle.

The new building, which is 100 yards from the firm’s previous base, offers its office-based team members a modern working environment which includes a first floor outdoor terrace and a design lounge where customers can work with Beal’s designers to personalise their new home to fit their lifestyle and tastes.

The project was delivered by Wykeland Group – the owner and developer of Bridgehead.
