Witham St Hughs

Construction of 2no new single storey masonry units for future fit out by vet and café, and construction of new masonry single storey nursery with outdoor play area at Witham St Hughs, for our client Strawson Holdings. Both projects were procured using a traditional JCT contract so HPM acted as contract administrators as well as principal designer.

New classroom and amenities building for Appletree Corner Daycare and Preschool has reached practical completion.

HPM have been acting as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer alongside  The Harris Partnership as Architect for Strawson Holdings for the construction of a new classroom building with external canopy for the successful Appletree Corner Daycare & Pre-School in Witham St Hughs.
