Works have completed on Pin Yard, the £34m residential development which is part of the Holbeck Urban Village in the south bank area of Leeds.

HPM completed Principal Designer services for the 13 storeys build to rent scheme, which delivers 216 high spec apartments comprising a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including rentable media spaces and an onsite gym, for property developer Oakapple Group and the UK’s largest listed private landlord Grainger plc.

HPM also carried out the role of Principal Designer for the fit out of communal amenity areas for Oakapple Group.
