HPM carried out CDM Principal Designer duties for the RaisE Business Centre at Goole’s 36 Enterprise Zone for East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
Constructed by Willmott Dixon, the three storey business centre provides 30 office spaces over 3 floors, as well as modern conference rooms, communal break-out areas and a café hub.
