Ozone Business Park, Howden

HPM act as principal designer for our client The Horncastle Group for various development projects at the Ozone business park including:

Construction of new distribution unit 7 for DPD and new 75,000 sqft industrial unit 6 for Timloc with service yard and car park

Construction of new industrial unit on plot 5 for DHL.

HPM then carried out principal designer services for the tenant of plot 5, DHL, for the fit out and installation of PUD fingers (single storey sheds attached to main shell construction) including offices and full M&E installation.

HPM also carried out contract administration and principal designer services for Kersey Freight on plot 3 to create a new lorry park for 80 trailers and 10 truck + trailers including surfacing, cabin on masonry plinth, concrete pads, bin store and cycle store.
