HPM have completed Principal Designer and CDM Adviser services at Eurolink Way in Sittingbourne for Client, Spirit of Sittingbourne.

Works carried out are:

  • Retail development incorporating construction of 2 retail units (Home Bargains and Iceland Food Warehouse) and a Costa drive-thru pod.
  • Landlord alterations to unit 3B to enable Nandos to relocate into the unit from elsewhere on the same site including high level roof alterations, new drainage and screeding.
  • Construction of new cinema and 7 restaurant units.
