HPM were delighted to act as Employer’s Agent, Project Manager and CDM Principal Designer for our client Carnworth (Five)for this project to construct a drive-thru unit for Costa and retail unit for Home Bargains in Clay Cross, Chesterfield. HPM were working alongside a great team including Stainforth Construction as Principal Contractor and The Harris Partnership as Architect.
